RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will support the Head of PR and Communications in developing effective influencer marketing, partnerships and PR strategy across Rimmel and Max Factor, with a focus on boosting EMV (earned media value) and sell-through.
Your direct report will assist in the execution, planning, and reporting. Being an experienced, enthusiastic, quick thinker, you will collaborate well with team members, be adept at prioritizing and managing multiple projects and tasks in a dynamic environment and have strong industry knowledge and relationships.
**Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:
Working with Head of PR and Comms and the Agency to develop & execute annual plans with a focus on Advocacy to drive EMV.
Having a fastidious commitment to achieving KPIs through IM/PR plans including brand growth, core range support and exciting new product launches - predominantly through events, paid & earned influencer engagement, mailers & gifting.
Project managing the execution of unforgettable Brand Experiences including launch & press events, brand activations, immersive experiences - always with EMV and content at heart.
Identifying and nurturing talent & partners aligned to your brands - strategizing, briefing, executing, monitoring, analysing, learning, and reporting local activity & performance to global & local Brand Teams against KPIs and benchmarks.
Synthesize pop culture, Gen Z, music, make-up, and social (especially TikTok) trends to execute market leading Advocacy plans.
Nurture and develop the IM/PR coordinator to drive their career goals and objectives.

Qualifications and experience A Bachelor’s degree in public relations/communications/marketing or relevant field. A minimum of 6 years’ experience in Public Relations, Influencer Marketing and Events, in the Beauty/Fashion/Lifestyle/Music or Consumer Industries. A proven record of managing big projects confidently and capably, including managing budgets, setting priorities, communicating updates and tracking results. An understanding of the Pre, During and Post campaign stages of PR & Influencer Marketing. A creative thinker and problem solver, driven by results and relationships. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills with the ability to work collaboratively. Confident strategising, presenting ideas (in PPT and public speaking), managing critical paths and budgets, instilling trust in stakeholders, and learning/loving the story the data tells.
