Reporting to the Chief Risk & Legal Officer, the Legal Manager will assist with Contract Management, Privacy and Compliance.

**About the role**:

- Draft, review, negotiate and interpret a variety of contracts - SAAS agreements with customers and financial institution business partners, NDA’s, referral partner agreements and vendor contracts
- Collaborate with IT Security teams to provide advice on Privacy and Data security matters and policies.
- Offer comprehensive legal support for global and local business needs - eg for new projects, business initiatives and market expansions.
- Assist with corporate governance matters ensuring compliance with relevant laws, ethical standards and internal policies
- The role is part-time with equivalent of 3 days per week.

**About you**:

- Qualified lawyer in Australia.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Corporate / Commercial law with Compliance and Privacy experience.
- Able to provide commercially focused advice and support to a range of stakeholders.
- Confident, able to develop relationships at all levels of the company whilst working with limited supervision.
- Fintech experience is highly desirable.
- Based in Melbourne or Sydney.
