As a Bilingual Trade Services Associate (Cantonese/Mandarin + English) at CMC Markets, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our 14-year streak as recipients of “Canstar's Most Satisfied Customers” award.

As our new Bilingual Trade Services Associate (Cantonese/Mandarin + English), you'll:

- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industry-leading reputation.
- Provide our clients a world-class experience in Cantonese/Mandarin and English

Your experience and expertise directly impacts the satisfaction of our clients, as millions of their trades are successfully executed annually.

What will help you be successful?
- Has a strong customer service orientation and thrives in a client-centric environment.
- Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry.
- Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Shows resilience and adaptability in a high-volume call centre setting.
- Eligibility to work in Australia permanently.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but your attitude and willingness to learn are what truly matter.
