Elite Smart Energy Solutions is an end to end Energy Solutions business who offer consumers and businesses energy saving products to make their home more energy efficient while saving households $1000’s off their energy bills.

After a very successful 12 months our Heat Pump and Air Con Home Electrification Channel is expanding and we are looking for an additional 3 Sales Guns to join the team.

Consumers can now take advantage of generous rebates offered by the state government’s Solar Victoria division, STC Rebates and further incentives offered under the Victorian Energy Upgrades Program making it extremely attractive for the consumer to make the switch from Gas to Electric hot water and AC. (Up to $8000 in rebates for AC and $2500 for Hot Water) this represents a 60% saving of the retail price

You will be provided with 10 qualified phone appointments each day.

We are looking for sales guns who have worked 1+years in the phone sales industry who ideally have a strong track record in direct sales within the renewable, Solar, Energy, Telco, Air Con and Hot Water industry.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Provide savings and influence customers to choose our brand
- Convert 30% of appointments provided into Sales
- Handling common objections and building trustworthy relationships with our customers
- Provide customers with knowledge on why they need to switch from gas to an electric hot water
- Provide customers knowledge on switching from gas heating to electric Aircon units.

What we are looking for:

- Sales Professionals who are hungry for success
- Must be target driven with a proven track record for over achieving targets
- Highly motivated with a win win attitude
- Able to communicate and build rapport with consumers
- Abel to manage sales pipeline effectively
- Not afraid to pick up the phone
- Resilient and able to take on constructive feedback

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
