**$30.95 PER HOUR + SUPER**:

- ** UNDERSTANDING OF RETAIL AWARD IS PREFERABLE**
Our client is renowned globally within the retail space. This role is in their Sydney CBD head office.
**THE ROLE**
This 6-month contract position of the Payroll Coordinator will work closely with the Human Resources, Stores and Finance teams.
**DUTIES INCLUDE - BUT NOT LIMITED TO**
- Sending variables report to payroll to include any new hires, terminations, contract changes and employee information amendments.
- Calculation of payment in lieu of notice period, annual leave balances, TOIL balance, pro-rated salaries.
- Following up all stores to ensure timesheets are approved on time through ENTO.
- Payroll processing and checking reports for errors and final checks.
- Amendments after payroll close such as discrepancies of pay due to timesheets/leave not being approved or entered correctly. Calculation of any back payments or adjustments.
- Commission payouts. Checking Xactly report monthly to ensure targets are correct and transferring data to commissions template to be sent to payroll.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Previous experience as a Support Payroll Manager or preparation of payroll in house (if outsourced).
- An understanding of the Retail Award.
- Attention to detail.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Ability to address internal stakeholders relating to questions around payments, and be the go between Human Resources, Stores and Finance teams.
- Systems savvy. Experience with Workday is preferrable.
- Exposure to NZ is a plus.
