**About The Centre**

Thrive, St Marys is our 58 place centre located in Western Sydney and has recently won Thrive's Centre of the Year award

First opened in 2018, the centre has three rooms for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years of age and a generous outdoor play space for children to explore.

Thrive, St Marys is on a quiet street and offers free on-site parking for staff.

**About The Role**

We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a dedicated and professional early childhood educator to join the team.

We are looking for a fully qualified Certificate III educator to work in a permanent full time capacity.

**You will be joining a supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged**

**Your main responsibilities will be to**:

- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
- Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.
- Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
- A completed Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check
