Our centre is a warm and inviting childcare centre for children to learn, grow and be inspired. We are seeking enthusiastic Diploma and Certificate III educators to join our passionate and friendly team in St Albans, Our team of nurturing and experienced educators will partner with you to develop a play-based educational program that helps children realise their potential. These roles are immediate positions both Full time and Part time basis.

Our service is centrally located near local shops, primary schools and easy access public transport. The centre takes pride in its inspiring indoor and outdoor spaces, featuring well-maintained, spacious areas adorned with natural elements where children can develop strength and self-confidence.

The centre's philosophy revolves around nurturing children's interests with warmth and care, encouraging empowerment through child-initiated experiences, and fostering strong connections with families and communities.

You will inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy. You will also build meaningful relationships with families so that each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports their thriving.

Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs to ensure you're achieving optimal outcomes for our children.

**What you will need**:

- Diploma in Children’s Services and/ or Certificate 111 in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA Approved equivalent
- Have Approved First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certification
- Have current Working with Children Check
- Have a National Police Check valid within 6 months or willingness to complete
- Ideally, experience working in a similar setting
- Critically reflect on your professional practice using evidence, including feedback from children, colleagues, and families.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to have fun
- Professional presentation and high levels of organisation
- An understanding of the EYLF and NQF
