Our stunning centre is located on 8.5 acres of farmland, surrounded by abundant natural play spaces that offer a genuinely organic learning environment in a convenient location in Orchard Hills.

We seek qualified Early Childhood Educators (Diploma) to join our team. Our educators are carefully selected to work passionately to deliver exceptional quality care and education for every child every day, upholding a commitment to quality early education.

Our educational philosophies support enquiry and play-based learning experiences in natural and responsive environments. Our learning programs are developed and facilitated to be emergent and, through reflective practices, are guided by the children's interests and needs.

- An ability to work on a permanent part-time or full-time basis - up to 38 hours per week

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Diploma in Child Services or similar
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Current Working With Children's Check
- Food Safety and Food Hygiene Certificate
- Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety or equivalent. HLTFSE001 or SITXFSA
- Child Protection Certificate (Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk CHCPRT001)

You will need to demonstrate the following:

- Drive and energy to continue to be a lifelong learner and share this with your peers, families, and children
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and confidence
- Flexibility to work within the operational hours of an education and care service
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Framework (EYLDF)
- Knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- A strong focus on community

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
