Tasks & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join us on a full-time basis.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Tasks Include:

- Producing and uploading ITP's (Inspection Test Plans) in relation to individual Contracts and Area.
- Entering orders, quotes and sales into our Business Central platform
- Checking material levels and ordering materials for quoted jobs as required
- Maintaining up-to-date information and data regarding orders, quotes and sales
- Monitoring and reviewing key data and metrics relating to orders, quotes and sales
- Working collaboratively with all Departments within the business to meet objectives
- Great work ethic - Strong drive and determination to deliver quality results consistently.
- Customer service focused - Passionate about providing an outstanding experience for our customers.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Ability to thrive and stay effective under pressure.
- Phone communication skills - Clear, professional, and courteous phone manner when interacting with customers.

Qualifications:

- Ideally 1-5 years of relevant experience
- Business Diploma or Formal Recognition of Prior Learning
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel & MYOB

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Construction Project Admin: 1 year (required)
