**About the company**
This is a commercial building specialist that focus on Hospitals/Aged Care, Schools and other shop fit out projects.
**About the role**
They are looking for a highly experienced Administrator/Office Manager to join their team on a 9-month fixed term contract for a maternity leave cover. There are 3 aspects to this position - Administration, PA and Accounts.
**Key Responsibilities for the role**
- Customer Liaison - meet and greets
- PA work to the director
- Book and coordinate travel arrangements
- Manage and arrange meetings and appointments
- Co-ordinate team functions
- General Office Support
- Payroll for employees
- Cash flow management
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Reconciling
**Skills & experience**
- Intermediate MS Office especially Word and Excel
- MYOB experience
- Ideally a certificate in Bookkeeping
- Experience working as PA
- Accounting management experience
- Great attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work autonomously
- Working in similar industry would be an advantage but not essential
