**Your new role**

An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic administration all-rounder to join a collaborative, friendly team in Preston.

You will be reporting to the owners & management of the business and responsible for supporting the team with administration tasks.

You will have a strong professional work ethic with the ability to undertake your role efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines, enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, but can work autonomously as well.
- Dealing with orders and invoicing
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages & directing calls appropriately
- Helping in organising the delivery of orders to the end point
- End to end business administration
- Marketplace management
- Website Maintenance
- Maintaining levels of office & kitchen supplies
- Completing any ad-hoc duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail and accuracy are a must.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in office software and tools (MS Office suite)
- Ability to solve problems with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and able to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Experience with Paint or Adobe is highly advantageous.
- Professional and courteous demeanour
