As a Human Resource Advisor specializing in Personnel Officer duties, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources processes. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Advertising of Job vacancies, interviewing and testing of applicants, and selection of staff.
- Evaluating and updating job descriptions.
- Answering human resources queries posed by management and employees.
- Managing employee personnel records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Facilitating the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including conducting interviews, drafting job descriptions, and arranging inductions
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, human resources or related field (Master’s degree preferred). You must have at least 2 years proven experience in a human resources role, with a focus on personnel management and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Current Western Australian driver’s licence. A current Police Clearance will be required.

This is a permanent position located in Subiaco, Western Australia.
Salary range $70-80K per annum.
