In this role as a Component Specialist you will specialise in complete rebuilds and overhauls on Caterpillar heavy earthmoving equipment - primarily engines and transmissions. The variety of equipment will also include Non-Caterpillar machinery provided by the client. This work will be completed in a collaborative, team environment with a strong focus on safety.

**Location: Perth Airport - WesTrac's state-of-the-art brand new facility.**

**Roster on offer**:

- Monday to Friday,10.5 hour shifts including 30 mins meal break.
- Potential for overtime available.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Australian-recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
- Dogging, Forklift and Rigging certificate or willing to get
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good understanding of CAT service reporting and service literature.
- Heavy equipment product knowledge
- Ideally specialising in CAT Engine and or Transmission repairs.
- Component change out and overhaul experience seen as advantageous.
- Be aligned and exhibit WesTrac’s SPARC values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer.
