**Description**:
ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role you will provide coordination and organisation of the day to day running of a Women’s residential house including occupancy agreements with new residents and facilitate all resident tenancy documentation. You will be responsible for reporting all maintenance issues and action property maintenance or inspection needs. You will also support the residents by providing access to a range of relevant social services products.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Criteria**:
Certificate III Administration and or sufficient skills to perform at this level
- Women’ Services professional experience highly desirable
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW)
- Understanding and experience of working with Aboriginal people and their communities.
- Demonstrated experience in case planning and coordination of people with complex support needs.
- Understanding of, and demonstrated ability to work with Human Service Agencies.
- Demonstrated experience and or understanding of Trauma Informed Care.
- Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements.
