**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking an experienced manager for the operations of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services. You will lead and manage a team of dedicated coordinators and support workers, assisting them to implement best practise approaches to supporting clients to build their capacity and achieve their identified goals.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

You are looking to join an innovative team to provide leadership to our NDIS Assisted Living Services in our well established Tweed portfolio. You will have a background in Community Services and working with marginalised communities and with clients who have complex disability support needs. Criteria:

- Qualification in Community Services/ Leadership & Management or significant experience in a similar role.
- Current unencumbered Driver’s Licence
- Working with Children Check NSW or willing to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
- Demonstrated substantial experience in leading a program or service within a Community, Disability or Mental Health Service.
- Previous experience in monitoring and reporting key performance indicators.
- Understanding of social disadvantage and commitment to the rights of Indigenous and other people living with disability and/or mental illness.
- Willingness to participate in a rotating After Hours Roster.
- This role requires regular travel across all the sites within the portfolio.
