Ricerca Executive are currently seeking an experienced HSE Administrator to join one of Australia's leading subcontractors. Joining a busy and successful team you will be highly organised, proactive and a have strong attention to detail. We are looking for a team player with the ability to respond to changing priorities in a positive manner and with excellent time management and people skills.

We have an excellent opportunity for a
**Safety Administrator** to join our client and support multiple sites mainly around the Melbourne area. The primary focus of this role will be monitoring the compliance with safety systems and procedures within the workplace and supporting Field Staff and Senior Management with safety related requirements.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Health, Safety and Environmental monthly reporting;
- Inductions and managing employee training onsite;
- Managing various registers and allocation of PPE;
- Communicate safety requirements to subcontractors on site.

**About You**:

- An interest in a Safety Administration role (Ideally in commercial construction) and preferably a passion to progress into a Safety Advisory position;
- Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety (preferable);
- Display the ability to analyse contractual issues and recommend solutions through appropriate problem solving techniques;
- Excellent communication skills teams with a high level of organisation and initiative
