**Technical Representative - Victoria**

Working from a home office base in Melbourne, we now have a vacancy for a Technical Representative in our Victorian team. Using your technical/spray painting expertise you will focus on maintaining and growing the volumes from the existing customer base as well as the expansion of the customer base for the territory.

**Your responsibilities will be as follows**:

- Demonstrate new and existing products to distributors and end-users.
- Plan, coordinate and lead system trials for target end-users.
- Install Paint systems and support equipment (e.g. mixing machines, colour tools) for end-users.
- Provide technical and colour support as required to Distributors and end-users.
- Promote use of Axalta brand products within existing end-user customers and target end-users.
- Train new and existing end-users in Axalta products.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Trade certificate in vehicle spray painting, plus a minimum of 4 years spray painting experience.
- Experience in dealing with customers, prospects and distribution within the automotive market place.
- PC experience essential in Windows and Office environment.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
