Our SunPork Fresh Processing facility at Eagle Farm forms an integral part of the Group, producing a variety of ‘Ready to Eat’ and ‘Heat and Eat’ products.

**The Opportunity**

Located at our Pork Processing Facility at Eagle Farm and reporting to the Production Coordinator, you will be a highly organised and confident people leader, capable of managing the efficient operations of a busy production facility across the afternoon shift.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing support and overall leadership to the production team
- Daily running of the production plan
- Managing and reviewing yields, cooks and value adding production on a weekly basis
- Liaising with maintenance and site leaders regarding machine issues
- Ensuring all orders are completed to the correct specification
- Providing guidance to the production team regarding WHS and QA
- Work closely with QA to ensure standards are met to the highest level

This role could potentially suit an experienced Team Leader with some Supervisory experience looking to take that next step in their career

**About You**

You will be a confident communicator, with experience from a food manufacturing environment, along with:

- Strong experience in a similar supervisory position
- A demonstrated understanding of the food production industry
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- Experience in managing competing priorities in a timely manner
- Strong organisational and decision-making abilities

**Salary**: From $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
