**About the role**
As a Consumer Experience Partner, you will play a key role in supporting Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) programs and services by providing expert, confidential advice on managing consumer feedback and complaints. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure timely, sensitive, and effective investigation and resolution of complaints, while helping identify and escalate risks appropriately. Your insights will help shape the consumer experience, driving improvements that make a real difference to patient care and service delivery.
In this role, you’ll maintain and analyse complaints data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and use reporting tools to identify trends and support continuous improvement. You’ll also contribute to developing best-practice complaint management processes, while staying informed on relevant legislation and health sector policy. A key part of your work will involve equipping staff with the skills and confidence to respond to complaints through training and coaching, helping build a culture of transparency, responsiveness, and learning.

You are a motivated and empathetic professional with strong communication and analytical skills, ready to thrive in a dynamic, consumer-focused environment. You will bring:
- **Relevant qualifications and experience** in business, health or social sciences, or equivalent professional background.
- **Exceptional communication and customer service skills**, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and write clear, high-quality reports and briefings.
- **Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities**, capable of working autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team to meet deadlines.
- **Solid knowledge and experience** in complaints management, administrative support, and software systems including Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.
