We are a small team of high achievers, with flexible work arrangements and a hip office in the bush in the beautiful suburb of Dural where we work as a team couple of days per week.

We are looking for an autonomous and creative self-starter with substantial experience in public relations and marketing fields to drive all PR and marketing for 3 different exciting projects that we host under our umbrella, including:

- An innovative portable housing start-up
- A leading niche company in wellness
- An exciting new start-up in construction equipment hire

**The tasks at hand will include**:

- Coming up with creative strategies to achieve media/influencer coverage
- Liaising with media outlets: mainstream media, niche media and bloggers
- Writing and distributing press releases
- Being in charge of social media pages and social media advertising
- Creating marketing plans and defining target markets (ie. Find and approach a niche that may be interested in a partnership or collaboration)
- Improving website content
- Freedom to embark on any other marketing related projects that can add to the success of the company

**Requirements**:
Desire to drive all marketing from the very early stages, and to become a key player in a growing organisation
- At least 3 years of experience working with media and influencers
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent copy-writing skills
- Ability to work on your own and a part of a team, delivering tangible results
- Experience working in small to mid-size organisations
- Understanding of basic SEO concepts and how links affect rankings
- Exposuretosocial media marketing (facebook and other platforms)
