**The role**

Crown is the ultimate destination for elevated experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone.

We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the **Crown Towers and Crown Metropol Poolside teams.**

The intake dates for these roles will be over **October and November 2024.**

Our Seasonal Poolside Opportunities as a Waitperson or Bar Attendant are **Part-Time or Casual positions** based on a **6-month contract **with opportunities for future development.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge.

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- Experience working in a Food and/or Beverage Environment
- Experience using a Point of Sale System
- Ability to carry a beverage tray
- Strong Beverage Knowledge (Bar Attendant)
- Knowledge of RSA requirements in a licensed venue
- A passion for customer service
- Reliability and a trustworthy attitude
- Excellent time management skills

**Additional Information**:
To be successful, you’ll:

- Hold or willing to obtain a current RSA certificate
- Availability to work over the seasonal period, including weekends, public holidays and shifts from 6am/8am - 8pm shifts

This role requires you to:

- Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
- Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks.
