**The role**

We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the **Hi-Line team as a Casual Bar Attendant.**

Re-opening for another summer season, Hi-Line Rooftop Bar will feature high quality cocktails designed by Crown employees, beer, wine, champagne and a truly unique high-altitude experience.

The intake for this role is the **21st of October 2024**, based on a seasonal fixed term 6-month contract.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- ** Available to work FRIDAY and SATURDAY (all times)**:

- A passion for customer service
- Strong Beverage knowledge
- Able to use basic methods to prepare cocktails
- Experience using a Point of Sale system
- Reliability and a trustworthy attitude
- Excellent time management skills

**Additional Information**:
To be successful, you’ll:

- Hold or willing to obtain an RSA certificate

This role requires you to:

- Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
- Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks
