**About the role**

We are seeking a talented Anaplan Functional Lead to become a critical member of MinRes’s growing Anaplan team. Reporting into the Anaplan Manager, you will be responsible for defining the Anaplan architecture Budgeting and Forecasting Solutions with emphasis on the functional components within the platform.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Provide Mining expertise across the platform encompassing Commodity, Mining Services, Crushing, Construction, Energy, inventory modelling, Workforce and Capex working closely with Anaplan Technical team
- Lead discussions with Business Units and support the MinRes Anaplan technical team for the design, configuration, and testing of capabilities across the platform
- Propose and review financial improvements involving data integrations of ERP and other systems with Anaplan and the wider solution landscape driving best practice principles
- Ability to present to Financial Controllers and Business unit stakeholders on Anaplan solutions and articulate best practise advantages
- Provide expertise and guidance to senior MinRes and client stakeholders at the required level of detail to drive the best outcomes for the client and the program
- Resolve functional solution problems areas, including design challenges, integration issues or functional solution capability

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- CPA / CA background with at least 4 years in Finance - Mining Experience is preferred
- Clear understanding of Anaplan / EPM solution capabilities and how these meet client business needs
- Anaplan Model builder certification with Level1, level2 and Anaplan way training will be preferred
- Solution Architect certification is an added advantage
- Experience in being part of designing and implementing EPM solutions preferably Anaplan cross the platform
- Experience in being part of the change management team to drive solutions and best practices with clients
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
