Are you passionate about cars and customer service? 

Veale Auto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Interpreter. In this role, you will play a vital role in our stores, contributing to the success of our dynamic team. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Providing exceptional customer service to all trades and retail customers who enter the store

- Handling customer enquiries, inbound calls from mechanical trade customers and processing orders efficiently

- Provide accurate pricing, availability and compatibility information to customers

- Process sales transactions and invoices accurately

- Recommending and locating automotive parts 

- Occasional delivery runs to customers

- Accurately picking and putting stock away

- Developing & maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring their needs are met

ABOUT YOU: 

- Have a love for all things cars

- Knowledge of vehicle parts & the automotive industry

- Experience in a similar role dealing with car parts & trade customers

- Manual driver's license

- Delivery driving experience desired

- Excellent communication skills

- A positive attitude and well-presented appearance

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Team player

- Be available to work some Saturday mornings
