Springs Tavern is a bar, kitchen and drive through Thirsty Camel Bottle Shop located at Bennet Springs Shopping Centre on Beechboro Road. It's a relaxed place for locals of the Beechboro and wider suburbs area, with the bar currently open Wed-Sun, 11am - late.

We are seeking a Bar/Bottle Shop Duty Manager to join our new management team and help out with the daily food and drink operations of Springs Tavern, and overseeing Bottle Shop staff. This position has the opportunity to work shifts in the bar and bottle shop.

Being a part of the Springs team means being in a relaxed and friendly venue where you get to know the regulars by name and drink order, surrounded by a young, enthusiastic, eager and up and coming team.

You'll need an Approved Managers card, weekend and evening availability, reliable transport and a customer focused approach to hospitality.
Duty management and Bottleshop experience is preferred but this position is open to the right person with suitable hospitality experience looking to take that next step.

Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
