Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join the leadership team. With a focus on guest engagement and team development, this is an opportunity suited to a true hospitality professional.

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years experience in Premium Bar Management
- Thrives in a fast pace environment with a personality that is excellent customer service oriented
- Good business acumen with stock take, labour management and forecasting
- Ability to develop teams
- Strong creativity in mixology with knowledge of local brands preferred
- Positive mindset and solution driven approach
- Flexible and a team player
