**The Role**

Your fit within the role will depend on your experience in the customer service space with key your responsibilities including:
- Answering and managing customer service phone calls
- Ensuring excellent customer relationships by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and issues
- Resolving customer complaints, maintaining accurate database records, and preparing status reports on customer service matters
- Conducting data entry and research as necessary to troubleshoot customer problems
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong customer service experience and is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
