**Equipment Schedulers x 2 - Hybrid WFH and office in SE Suburbs**:

**The role includes**:

- Working with other schedulers and customer service reps to ensure all activities are coordinated together
- Quality and timely communication with Customer Service Reps to ensure they are kept informed of delivery and collection times and any changes or issues
- Responsible for the selection of the most appropriate equipment that fulfils the needs of the customer
- Ensuring the final equipment/package selection will fully meet the requirements of the customer
- Liaise with Customer Service Representatives and sales to ensure any changes are communicated
- Allocate the fleet to the job
- **Monday to Friday - you need to be able to cover a rotating roster between the hours of 6am - 8pm**

**What you can bring**:

- A few years' experience in a Equipment Scheduler role
- Able to organise jobs with ease
- Technical background with experience in the provision of power and temperature solutions would be an advantage
- PC literary in a Microsoft environment and ERP system
- Proven customer focus with a strong sense of urgency
- Able to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- You enjoy working in a team and you get along well with everyone.
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- You are comfortable taking the initiative and working autonomously.
