**The Role**

Reporting to the Group Chief People Officer, you will lead a small team of HR Coordinators and partner with key stakeholders in Sarah Group, Hindmarsh Pluming and Longridge Group (approx. 220 employees in total), to deliver quality people solutions. We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced, agile environment, build strong relationships rapidly and actively contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, initiatives and projects.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Partner with businesses to solve strategic people challenges.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle and effective execution of frameworks, from recruitment and onboarding to, talent management, career development and succession planning.
- Provide advice and support to managers in regard to efficient management of their people in order to achieve business goals.

- Experience in a HR business partner role, managing a small team
- Knowledge of contemporary HR practices, including employment related legislations (Awards, EEO, National Employment Standards)
- Excellent problem solving, decision making and influencing skills
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Experience facilitating workshops, delivering training and presenting to senior management teams
