About Us
At ANZ, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.
About the Role
As a Workflow Manager you will be working with the Collateral workstream within the Institutional Capital Reforms Program. A high priority program that will deliver several major system and process changes in response to the requirements released by APRA under APS 112 and APS 113. These changes will impact on a number of existing ANZ systems and result in significant technology and process changes that will need to be effectively defined, planned, implemented and adapted by the organisation to ensure compliance with the new requirements.
A key deliverable of the Collateral stream is to undertake an extensive review of our existing global portfolio of clients to assess their existing collateral arrangements, how they are documented and recorded in core systems to assess whether any uplift is required. The Workflow Manager role has been created to manage the workflow and prioritisation of cases for a dedicated project team. The Workflow Manager will be accountable for all aspects of workflow across the collateral review, and they will use the workflow data to derive insights on output, productivity and core task timings in order to understand adherence to plan and resource management.
Banking is changing and we’re changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow. Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.
