Bar Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Bar Manager to join the leadership team and report to Operations Manager. If you have experience working in a busy atmospheric venue, delivering high quality service and consistently great product, we would love to hear from you.

**Key qualifications & experience**
- 3+ years in a faced paced venue with bare minumum at least 2+ year supervising other staff.
- At least 1+ year writing and/or adjusting rosters to work within labour/cost guidelines.
- **Strong leadership**:

- A willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
- Punctual, reliable and well presented

**Key tasks & responsibilities**
- Mentor and train staff to ensure consistent quality of product within set COGS and wages budgets.
- Oversee stock ordering
- Maintain and build upon our hospitality culture of support, empowerment and accountability.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
