**About the role**

We are seeking experienced Duty Managers to join our team.

As Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our venue, particularly the Main Bar, providing exceptional customer service and leading a talented team of hospitality professionals.

**What you'll be doing**
- Oversee the daily operations of the main bar, including opening or closing of the venue
- Driving food & beverage sales to achieve the set KPIs
- Manage and coordinate staff tasks to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain venue standards, policies, and procedures
- Provide leadership and training to support to the bar team

**What we're looking for**
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Duty Manager or similar supervisory role
- Strong operational and customer service skills
- Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitie

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
