**About the role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team.

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant while the Restaurant Manager is not present, providing exceptional customer service and leading a talented team of hospitality professionals.

**What you'll be doing**
- Working closely with the Restaurant Manmager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including completing reconciliation of the tils
- Driving food & beverage sales
- Manage and coordinate staff and tasks to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain venue standards, policies, and procedures
- Provide leadership to support to the team

**What we're looking for**
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Team Leader, Manager or similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong operational and customer service skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in the use of software and technology
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
