We currently have an exciting opportunity for an **Account Manager/Talent Specialist **to join our successful team based in Unanderra on a full-time basis.

**Your duties will include but not limited to**:

- Build and manage a portfolio of clients
- Conduct Business Development/Sales Visits & Calls to new and existing clients
- Negotiating client rates
- Deliver toolbox talks to workers on a regular basis
- Conduct risk and site assessments
- Placing and Managing advertisement responses
- Arranging interviews / phone interviews / video conferencing
- Organising D&A’s and pre-employment medicals when required
- Assist in coordination of weekly timesheets for casual workers

**To be successful you will have**:

- Recruitment experience or experience in a B2B, Sales, Account Management position within any industry.
- Blue collar industry experience advantageous
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite (word, excel, outlook)
