**Your next career opportunity**
As a Leadership Giving Officer you'll be at the forefront of building and nurturing a community of philanthropic supporters. You'll have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of donors capable of making significant gifts, develop strategic relationships, and directly contribute to the university's highest priorities, particularly in supporting student scholarships. Your role will be crucial in advancing the institution's mission through philanthropy, making this a key position for those passionate about fundraising and higher education.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Manage Donor Portfolio: Oversee 100-130+ current and prospective donors, focusing on cultivating new gifts, renewals, and upgrades.
- Conduct Donor Meetings: Engage in 12-20 meetings monthly to qualify prospects, understand donor motivations, and present giving opportunities.
- Achieve Fundraising Goals: Meet activity and revenue targets through strategic donor engagement and solicitation.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with various Advancement departments to ensure smooth donor pipeline transitions and effective stewardship.

**You may also**:
- Have a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of experience and education in fundraising.
- Demonstrate previous success in soliciting gifts for fundraising initiatives or equivalent experience in relationship development.
