We are seeking experienced Customer Service/Call Centre Staff to join their team in Preston's. We believe our people are vital to our success. **ABOUT THE ROLE**
Due to expansion, the team are now looking for experienced Customer Service / Call Centre staff to report directly into the Customer Service Team Leaders and be a vital addition to these Sydney based clients and customers.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Data entry
- Call center
- Customer service
- Reporting - use of excel. We need someone with sound knowledge of excel.
- Phone calls
- Ability to multi-task - taking phone calls, conduct investigations etc.
- Punctual
- Committed to this contract.
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an office administration role
- Customer service experience
- Call center experience
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, act quickly and decisively.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
