**Group Manager People and Culture**

**The Opportunity**:
**Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and working closely with the broader Senior Leadership Team the Group Manager People and Culture will develop and lead a range of People and Culture activities and programs which cover the full employee lifecycle.**
**This is a critical role that involves leading and developing a team of professionals you will ensure the provision of timely high-quality advice regarding a range of operational and strategic matters and will ensure compliance with legislative requirements.**
Your success will be determined by your forward thinking commercial acumen, combined with your desire to shape the People and Culture brand with a positive and can-do approach.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Implementing our People and Culture Strategy, leading the team to ensure all effort aligns with Minda’s strategic objectives
- Working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to define organisational challenges and proactively develop People and Culture solutions to address them
- Ensuring People and Culture initiatives are engaging, collaborative in design and of a high standard to allow us to attract, retain and build upon the capabilities of staff
- Acting as a trusted senior advisor providing HR expertise and guidance
- Providing coaching and mentoring to the team to maximise effectiveness and value to Minda
- Taking an active role in building the capability and development of people leaders
- Developing and delivering effective learning and development initiatives to support Minda’s objectives
- Overseeing the management of the talent management and acquisition process including workforce planning, sourcing, selection, and onboarding
- Managing the People and Culture calendar of activities/events including Employee Experience Surveying, Succession and Talent Management activities, and Workforce Planning to name a few
- Adopting and leading a continuous improvement approach, actively seeking improvements in process and use of technology

**To be successful in this role you will be**:
- Experience and passion to partner with business leaders to enable and embed change
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing and implementing contemporary policy
- Ability to adapt quickly to the changing needs of the business and to prioritise
- Experience leading a multifunctional team
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing projects
- Relevant tertiary qualifications complimented by experience in a similar role

**Additionally, you will require**:
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
- Valid and unrestricted South Australian Driver’s Licence
- Unrestricted working rights
