We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Quality Control Manager** to join our team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager, Supervisors, and Accounts Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites. This role involves traveling between sites to inspect and ensure high-quality cleaning standards, managing the cleaning team, and supporting the smooth operation of our services. Your expertise will be crucial in managing and improving the performance of our teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in line with company policies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing and updating the Asset Register
- Advising machinery and equipment that needs repair/replacement
- Advising any suggested variations to cleaning scopes/distributions between shifts
- Conducting cleaning audits
- Monitoring overall cleanliness of sites and upcoming periodicals
- Advising any quoted works as necessary
- Inventory control of consumables and cleaning accessories
- Ensuring presentation of the cleaning rooms is up to standard including all documentation on display or in booklet format.
- Monitoring individual cleaning staff personal presentation and presentation of trolleys/equipment
- Assist with training of the cleaning staff and scheduling
- Liaise with Clients and other organization staff on site as required.
- Assist with dispatch of centralized ordering system from company storeroom to sites
- Ensure company storeroom is kept clean and tidy
**Qualifications**
- Valid NSW Driver’s License.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites and handle diverse operational tasks.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to interacting with people.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other related software.
- Confident in problem-solving and negotiations.
- Proven eye for detail and accuracy.
**Skills and Experience**
- 3 - 5 years experience in similar role
- Experience in completing quoted works.
- Experience in creating cleaning schedules.
- Highly organised.
- Proven experience in quality control, facilities management, or a similar role, preferably in the cleaning or services industry.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols, with a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.

**Additional information**
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm, hours may vary due to business needs.
This is a full-time role, and we require that applicants are either Australian Citizens or have a valid visa and are eligible to work in Australia.
