We’re looking for a **Client Services Manager** who is able to support the General Insurance division of this client. They are helping thousands of healthcare professionals across Australia with their insurance and risk management needs.

- Professional indemnity and business insurance

**The Role**

You’ll work closely with our General Insurance Brokers (Advisers), supporting clients with insurance policies across various categories. From processing and renewals to assisting with claims and maintaining compliance—you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service.

**Who You Are**
- A strong communicator with sharp attention to detail
- Enjoys helping people and solving challenges
- Comfortable with admin, data entry, and learning technical concepts
