**The Role**
Reporting to the National Sales Director, Beevo is seeking a highly organised and motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our Business Development team. Being part of Beevo’s Business Development team across several key areas, you’ll play an integral role in supporting the team to deliver exceptional results for our clients, whilst liaising with our Agency partners within the Commercial Real Estate industry.
Relationship Management with our Agent partners is critical to ensuring we create and maintain every opportunity to maximize the referral flow of business. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Client Relationship Manager to strengthen client relationships in achieving ongoing commercial growth, whilst supporting the broader Business Development team.
**Based in our Melbourne office, the role includes but is not limited to**:
- General administration supporting customers via direction from the Business Development team
- Administration of Agencies and the fielding of account-based enquires from Agents
- Weekly management of market wide communication to our Agent partners
- Following up customer enquiries, leads and/or opportunities
- Providing excellence in customer service and professionally handling client interactions
- Creating and managing reports for the Business Development team on a regular and ad hoc basis
- Supporting the Business Development team to achieve revenue targets
- CRM Management (Salesforce)
- Daily use of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
- Data Entry
- Working collaboratively with the broader Beevo team
- 3+ years of corporate experience in a Sales Admin/ Customer Service role (preferably in a B2B function)
- Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
- The skill to build and maintain strong client relationships as well as being proactive and solutions driven
- A self-disciplined ability to work autonomously as well as be a member of a close-knit team.
- A genuine customer-focused attitude with the desire to learn and assist the broader Business Development and Sales team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Drive, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google sheets and CRM experience (preferably Salesforce).
- The understanding of the importance to achieve specific KPIs and meeting targets
- A proven multi-tasking ability whilst responding to ad-hoc customers queries
- A positive attitude and be highly organized
- A general knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate industry or experience in the Real Estate support services industry; either or will be highly regarded for this position
The role has a base salary and strong incentives with opportunities for substantial growth within the business.
