**_ What You'll Do_**
- Collaborate closely with venue managers to cultivate beloved, one-of-a-kind brands that captivate local audiences.
- Spot market gaps, seize opportunities, and dazzle with your innovative ideas to drive growth.
- Take the lead in crafting dynamic marketing strategies and curating exciting events calendars for our venues.
- Work closely with our digital, design, and brand teams to craft a seamless online journey for our customers.
**_What We're Looking For_**
- A passion for hospitality is a must in this role
- Minimum two years’ experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing and sales strategies with strong financial acumen.
- Technical marketing and digital skills
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Experience working in high pressure team environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets and financial statements.
