Liebherr-Australia, a leading OEM in the mining equipment industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.

Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with hiring managers and HR on talent acquisition strategies and delivering sourcing, recruitment, and selection initiatives, focusing on creative sourcing strategies for trades (Mechanical, Electrical) and innovative technology roles across the Mining division portfolio.

- ** Collaborate and Strategise**:Work closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies for challenging roles within our Mining division, developing talent pipelines to deliver repeatable results.
