- Mathnasium is the world's largest maths-only tutoring centre that offers both maths help and enrichment to students from Kindergarten to Year 10.
- Each student in our program receives a customised Learning Plan based on our proprietary teaching material.

- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred
- Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred

**Responsibilities (What You'll Do?)**:
1. Student assessments and consultations
- Successfully identify students' areas of strength and of discomfort

2. Developing and maintaining strong parent relationships
- Successfully communicate with parents regarding student progress, behaviours, and lessons
- Friendly and pleasant with our families

3. Developing and training our instructional staff
- Aid in the instructor hiring and training process
- Identify team strengths and weaknesses and make proper adjustments

4. Maintaining centre expectations and quality
- Hold team members accountable for their performance
- Ensure set expectations are met

5. Measuring centre performance through our key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyse reports on centre performance and help make the appropriate changes
- Generate a custom learning plan for this student's individual needs
- Discuss goals and solutions with parents and students
- Assist in the student enrollment process

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
