**About the Role**

We are seeking compassionate and experienced support workers with a strong background in assisting individuals with physical disabilities and mental health challenges to join our team in Brisbane's northside.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Mental Health, or other relevant qualifications is preferred, but not essential.
- **Strong passion for supporting individuals with mental health challenges** and a commitment to ongoing learning.
- Experience in mental health support is highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals, families, and other stakeholders.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check is required prior to commencement.
- Availability of a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week, including nights and sleepover shifts.
- Possession of an open driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Respond to clients' needs and work collaboratively with their families, support networks, and other stakeholders in their lives.
- Accurately document activities, progress notes, and incident reports in a timely manner.
- Implement PBSP strategies when required, with training provided where necessary.
- Adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct at all times.

Pay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
