We are seeking a
**Relationship Manager **to join our Western Australian Injury Management and Rehabilitation team. This role will be responsible for managing our portfolio of workplace rehabilitation customers and to assist with the growth of our current customers as well as develop new relationships.

This is a full-time role based at our Perth office in Subiaco, balanced with flexible working options.

The role involves:

- **Account management** of key clients including being the point of contact for matters directly related to the account.
- Assisting clients with risk prevention strategy and developing bespoke intervention and training programs.
- Assist national workers compensation brokers with support for their WA based clients.
- **Driving operational performance deliverables**, including customer performance outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Working with the wider national management team to establish and execute **an ambitious strategic growth plan.**:

- Acting as lead point of **contact for our Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents.**:

- Building long lasting strategic relationships with customers.

This is a dual role and
**involves supporting a reduced case load** of people to recover and return to work including conducting a range of assessment services in line with your professional qualification.

**About You** (please address in a cover letter):

- **Mandatory; **Allied Health qualification - OT/EP/Physio/Psychologist or Rehab Counsellor with at least 3 years workplace rehabilitation experience;
- Previous Account/Customer Relationship experience (highly desired);
- Strong, current Workers Comp legislation knowledge;
- A genuine commitment to driving continuous improvement;
- A commitment to maintaining and promoting the existing positive culture within our team;
- Passion for delivering growth through building sustainable new partnerships; and:

- A current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
