Packing Operator

We are looking for Packing Operators to join our team in Liverpool NSW. **Multiple casual to permanent positions are available for our night shift 8pm to 4am or 9pm to 5am.** Your good product knowledge, Food Manufacturing experience and ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively will set you up for success. In this role you will support the Team Leader on the production line ensuring best practice and standards. **Your key tasks and responsibilities will include**: - Set up and inspection of machinery to ensure efficient start up and smooth operation. - Checking and adjusting various parts for proper alignment, rotation, etc. - Ensure the correct packaging is used for their desired products. - Proper operation of packing/mixing machinery and performance of safety checks. - Ensure traceability records are completed in a timely manner. - Competently operate key machinery as required. **In order to be considered for the role you must possess the following**: - Strong communication skills. - Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude. - A reliable and demonstrated work ethic. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Physically capable for work duties within a production facility. - Ability to work tight timescales and under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality. **What we offer**: - Hands on work and developing your skillset. - Continuous improvement, training and the ability to learn. - Great working environment and food safety culture. - Excellent employee benefits. - Supportive and welcoming team. **About Us** ARYZTA is a global leader in the supply of fresh bakery products to major retailers, food service providers and restaurants with a focus on the customer and unparalleled capabilities.
