**About the Role**:
A rare Full-Time opportunity has become available for an experienced Area Lead to join and lead the day-to-day manufacturing operations within our Liverpool NSW Bakery.

In this key role, you will lead production or packaging operations for all frozen products within your assigned area, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. You will be responsible for quality control during your shift, overseeing waste disposal, and ensuring adherence to process controls.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production / Packing**
- Lead Production or Packing Team to ensure smooth operation of assigned area.
- Ensure the team achieve and maintain target product specifications and requirements within their assigned area.
- Competently complete all required Production Operator’s or Packing Operator’s tasks.
- Locate, print, and complete relevant documentation.
- Liaise with Team Leader to plan and facilitate workflow of assigned area to meet required targets.
- Occasionally Act as Team Leader when required.
- Conduct Toolbox talks regularly as required.
- Communicate and relay information back to Team Leader or Manager.

***WHS & Environment**
- Comply with ARYZTA WHS&E systems, policies, and procedures.
- Report all accidents, incidents and near misses, immediately to Team Leader/Manager.

**Food Quality & Safety**
- Comply with Quality, GMP, HACCP and Aryzta’s program to address potential food safety and quality risks/concerns.
- Understand and ability to conduct all Quality inspections including QCP (Quality Control Points) and CCP (Critical Control Points) checks.
- Enter quality checks into computer system and relevant software.

- Maintain effective working relationships and two-way communication with co-workers and other personnel throughout the company.

- Actively contribute to the Frozen Production team with enthusiasm, demonstrating strong leadership and technical skills, as reflected in feedback from peers, reports, and managers.
- Show dedication, flexibility, and motivation in all tasks, taking responsibility for outcomes and adapting to changing demands and priorities.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- No formal qualifications required.
- Food manufacturing experience.
- Forklift Licence where applicable.
