**About this opportunity**:
Due to an internal promotion we are growing our VIC Team. We are looking for a ‘Can do’ person who enjoys working in a fast paced and energetic environment. You will be providing operational support to the Service Operations Manager and service teams.

**You will be involved with**:

- Managing day to day operations including weekly reports, parts inventory, ordering including tracking, availability and managing onsite inventory.
- Ensuring 100% compliance with all relevant policies
- Reviewing weekly and monthly schedules
- Working closely with our customers throughout the process including issue escalations
- Managing technician scheduling activities including FLSP monthly calendar, on-call rostering and billable hours

This is a great opportunity to suggest and implement process improvement ideas within the Operations team.

**We are looking for**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational, administrative skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- High level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast pace environment and under pressure
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
