**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Lead and guide production teams effectively.
- Communicate goals and safety standards clearly.
- Motivate team members to achieve targets.
- Quality checks.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety guidelines.
- Solve issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Operating machinery and conveyor systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior leadership experience in food production is highly beneficial.

- Machine operation experience.
