Are you experienced in construction supervision with a passion for safety, quality, and getting the job done right the first time?
We're looking for a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems on the ground, and knows how to lead subcontractors and installers to deliver results.
What You'll Be Doing:You'll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing on-site product installations to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with Stoddart's high standards.
Your day-to-day may include:
• Supervising site WH&S and reporting incidents
• Managing and training subcontractors and installers
• Liaising with builders, clients, and internal teams
• Carrying out post-installation inspections
• Ensuring compliance with codes, policies, and customer requirements
• Performing minor install or maintenance tasks if needed
• Scheduling installers and updating internal systems
• Escalating and resolving site issues in a timely manner
• Promoting our "One Stoddart" team culture on every job
We're looking for a proactive, safety-minded professional who understands what it takes to lead on site and deliver quality outcomes.
You'll ideally bring:
• Experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of WH&S legislation and obligations
• Ability to read and interpret building plans
• Familiarity with Australian Building Codes and Standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Relevant trade qualifications or licences (highly desirable)
• Valid Driver's Licence and White Card (essential)

• Be physically fit and able to work on active construction sites
• Be confident managing trades and subcontractors
• Be organised, solutions-focused and calm under pressure
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Test
